First you have to get on a motorcycle then use the sub machine gun and shoot at a car the car will turn on fire.Ok when the car is on fire stop shooting and get on the other side of the street(will only work if the car you’re shooting at has another car behind it)automaticlly the car behind it will start chasing you.

This is one of the most fun things you can do and it can be done by anyone from begginer to expert on this game.
Right this is what you do. First, make sure you’re not in a car and preferably on the pavement. Secondly, type in this cheat for a rhino: L1, L1, left, L1, L1, right, triangle, circle.
Lastly, get in and blow up stuff and kill people. It’s so fun!
The rhino is incredibly powerful and bulletproof. It blows up any vehicle ( except for another rhino) in one minituare touch. Also it has a swiveling turret which can also blow up vehicles in one hit. Use the right analogue stick to make it swivel and press circle to fire. P.S the rhino is only particulary weak against flame throwers and moltov cocktails.

On the lift bidge that connects Staunton Island to Shoreside Vale, go to the first of the part thats lifts up and make tire tracks as the bridge comes back down.

From being suspended in the air and hold down X+R1 and you will see tire tracks behind you floating in the air as you go back down.
